It Ain't Over, a Yogi Berra documentary, will be released in theatres by Sony Pictures Classics.

It Ain't Over, a documentary by Sean Mullin on baseball legend Yogi Berra, will debut on May 12 in New York and Los Angeles theatres before gaining wider distribution over the next weeks, according to Sony Pictures Classics.

Natalie Metzger, Matt Miller, Peter Sobiloff, and Mike Sobiloff, along with Vanishing Angle and Off Media, produced the movie. Lindsay Berra served as executive producer. The Spotlight Documentary section of the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival hosted its international premiere.

This is a close-up look at baseball legend Lawrence Peter "Yogi" Berra (1925–2015). He was an outstanding catcher with the New York Yankees, the most illustrious team in Major League Baseball history. He won 10 World Series titles, three American League MVP honours, and an incredible 18 All-Star Game appearances.

Berra, a native of St. Louis, Missouri, played baseball throughout the golden age in New York when three teams competed for supremacy. He served in the military during World War II and went on to catch the only perfect game in World Series history in 1956.

His numerous on-field successes were matched, in the eyes of many fans of the national pastime, by his incredibly endearing character. Before it was typical for athletes to endorse goods, Berra was a TV commercial star who had a wide range of admirers. His famous "Yogi-isms," which were once thought of as baffling philosophical tidbits, have since evolved into trendy catchphrases that have elevated him to the status of a national treasure and endeared him to a wide audience in American popular culture.

His numerous qualities are shown in the song It Ain't Over: devoted husband and father, D-Day veteran, Hall of Fame baseball player, adored teammate, coach, manager, brand endorser, and wise guy. Interviews with men and women who crossed paths with Berra are woven into the documentary. These individuals include Yankee legends Derek Jeter, Joe Torre, Mariano Rivera, Joe Girardi, Ron Guidry, Willie Randolph, Don Mattingly, Tony Kubek, and Bobby Richardson, as well as friends Billy Crystal, Bob Costas, Vin Scully, and Suzyn Waldman, as well as family Lindsay Berra (granddaughter) and sons Tim, Larry, and Dal
